This diverse and dynamic role is responsible for, but not limited to: Contribute to teamwork to meet Record Services objectives.Support and train staff in records management practices and procedures including use of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).Ensure quality management of records through auditing.Maintenance of the enterprise EDMS including file creation, retention schedules, security and classification scheme, create new files, monitor existing files and close and create new volumes.Sort, open, scan and register hard copy mail.Sort and file documents in accordance with filing procedure.Contribute to project work as required.Create and monitor customer service requests.Provide customer service support at the front counter and switchboard. How to apply:We require you to submit a current comprehensive CV and address the following work related requirements in no more than two pages: Well developed interpersonal and communications skillsComprehensive experience with electronic document management systems.Working knowledge and experience in current records management principles and practices.Attention to detail including ability to follow defined proceduresThis position is full time and will be offered as a permanent contract.Salary: Cash salary of between $63,742 p.a. to $68,500 p.a. plus superannuation, one day off per month, five weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading, sustainable travel allowance or parking permit, subsidised gym membership and a range of health and wellbeing benefits.
