To be successful in this role, you will have:appropriate qualifications in Community Development, Community Services, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in Community Services / Community Developmentability to deliver high quality contract management outcomes, and work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver a range of initiatives to older residentswell-developed skills in implementing community development programs and initiatives including project management, evaluation and reportingability to consult and work with government agencies, industry groups and the communityability to engagement community and enhance community connections for older residentrelevant skills and knowledge in relation to the Positive Ageing areaThis position is part-time (45hrs per fortnight) and will be offered as a 12 month contract with a possibility of permanency.Salary range: $72,000 - $76,500 (pro-rata) plus 9.5% employer superannuation and up to an additional 5% employer co-contribution to superannuation, 5 weeks annual leave (pro-rata), free gym membership, sustainable travel allowance or parking permit, and a range of health and wellbeing benefits.
